This magazine front cover looks as if it is targeted at the ABC1 demographic due to the mise-en scene of the cover. The model is wearing is full black suit and tie which projects that the magazine may be aimed at buisness men or people of a high profession.The magazine uses a mid shot, which allows the viewer to see the laid back body language of the subject with his hands in his pockets.The title of the magazine uses a serif font,which projects the classic, smart feel of the magazine which is complimented by the colour scheme of gold, white and grey. The word Men is also in gold how ever the resty of the sentence is white which is using direct adress to that particular gender. This magazine uses Van Zoonens theory of society being patriachal, due to the fact that the magazine is showing a steriotypical buisness 'man', rather then a women in a suit. This shows that society is still patriachal today.
