allows the reader to see her outfit and her body language. She has her arms
folded and eyebrows raised, which suggests that she is confident and laid back,
she is also wearing a dress which shows a lot of her skin which may attract
male readers sexually. The high-key lighting enables the reader to see her
perfect skin and her dyed hair colour, which will influence women to want to be
like her. The contents page is split into 3 sections; on the cover, cover to
cover, and features, which are separated by lines and red headlines. The
Masthead is also in a black, bold sans serif font, to show that they are
promoting new fashion, to s younger audience. This picture compliments Berger's
theory that women are seen as objects in the media as she is there to attract
men, which will increase the sales of the magazine.
