This magazine is using a long shot of 50 cent so that the viewer can see the whole outfit that the magazine is promoting, and selling. He is wearing the stereotypical, old school American hip-hop outfit which is shown through the baggy fitted jeans and T-shirt, with a chain. 50 cents body language connotes a confident, cool ora as he is looking behind him as if to say that he is head of everyone else. The writing located on the right is a guide to what the magazine has inside, which is in a contemporary sans serif font which is bold and black. The contents page uses the alliteration "hipster hip-hop lost" which gives a catchy rhythmic feel to the contents page. Tricia Roses theory is shown by 50 cent's sense of fashion as it gives different social classes and different genres an insight to black American's street life and urban culture.
