analysis of another magazine (60 pages)
This is my analysis of a modern fashion magazine, where I had to look at
the content, colour, and type of text of the first 60 pages. The
majority of the pages used a sans serif font which connotes the
contemporary feel that the writer is trying to create. a lot of these
pages also are 90% pictures which is a good way of the creator of the
magazine to keep the reader interested while also promoting the clothing
brand by using models. The analysis of this fashion magazine will help
me create my own project due to the fact that I now know the format
which they are made in and the conventions that are included, such as
the large titles and large images. I also have made a moodboard of all
magazines that fit into the ABC1 demographic to get an idea of what my
magazine will look like.
